Jerry Carl Spradlin (1967 - )

Drafted by the Reds in 1988, Spradlin made his major league debut in July of 1993 by pitching two scoreless innings against the Pirates. Over the course of his career, he pitched for six different clubs, his final appearance coming with the Cubs in September of 2000.

One of the highlights of his career came on July 22, 1999, when he struck out four batters in a single inning becoming one of fewer than 100 pitchers to do so in the history of the league, and the last to have done so for the Giants franchise.
