Grinders Sports was established to provide local at-risk children and youths, from the age of 8 to18 years, who may not have the opportunity, ability, financial or other means to participate in athletic activities, with an opportunity to participate in an out-of-school-time athletic program activity.

Kelly Lee Stinnett (1970 - )

Following successful baseball and football careers in high school, including the Oklahoma Class 5A State Championship in football, Stinnett was All-Conference, All-Region, All-American and National Junior College Player of the Year while attending Seminole Junior College.

Drafted by the Indians in 1989, and later in the 1993 Rule 5 draft by the Mets, Stinnett spent 14 seasons in MLB with 8 teams. He is now the head baseball coach for Park University Gilbert.
